Yesterday

Okay, yesterday I was so busy! I went shopping in the morning, lunch, more shopping, I crashed on the couch for an hour, dinner, FHE, took Kyle to his office to get some papers, put kids to bed, movie with my hubby, asleep on the couch at 11! I didn't even have time to think about eating!
Today probably won't be as busy, but it already feels like it is. I have already been to the gym and to Walmart this morning! I have to take the kids to school and then go look at Kyle's christmas gift that I want to get him. I teach dance today and have a r.s meeting tonight.
Goal for today: Gym

  1. We have been eating tons of veggies lately--we've been shopping at the local farmers markets and the food is soo good. Anyway, even though I haven't really been paying attention to what I've been eating, I've been losing wait. We've replaced potatoes and rice with really great fresh squash and we've been replacing meat with beans. I imagine it might be tough with kids but maybe slowly you can try some tricks. I should send you some of my sneaky ways to add veggies to your diet. Even Darren's kids ate the squash over Thanksgiving.
